Stakeholders - other Government departments

The Excellence model requires that the relationship with all stakeholders be evaluated. This usually includes other government departments that are frequently interacted with, such as the Municipality and the Police. We can arrange in-depth interviews with them, using a semi-structured questionnaire to evaluate the nature of the relationship and how it may be strengthened.
